Product Marketing Manager

Accelergent Growth Solutions, a leading provider of expert business process management, outsourcing, customer service, technology, and marketing services, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. With almost two decades of experience in back-office support services and outsourcing, we specialize in administrative services such as account processing, claims management, and payment processing. We help companies optimize business processes, expand service capabilities, supplement existing personnel, and navigate periods of high-volume demand.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be working with an award-winning team of marketing professionals and will be responsible for managing the B2B marketing of our BPM, BPO, customer service, and compliance service offerings to companies in the benefits, financial services, and insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives and promote our services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product positioning and messaging.
  3. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our services in the market. Ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels internal and external to the company.
  4. Collateral and Content Creation: Work with the marketing communications team to oversee the creation of marketing collateral, sales materials, and other content to support the sales team. Work with the content marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant and engaging materials for digital and social marketing.
  5. Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with the campaign management team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for prospects and clients. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new service offerings. Coordinate product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption.
  6. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell our services. Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s understanding of product features and benefits.
  7. Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can provide testimonials, case studies, and participate in other marketing activities. Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
  8. Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership on the performance of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the benefits, financial services, or insurance industries.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and outsourcing trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Employees of Accelergent Growth Solutions have the option of working remotely full-time, working onsite in our Little Rock, AR office or our Kochi, Kerala office in India full-time, or a combination of both.
